Ms. Kim is a Senior Associate who has been with the Law Offices of Benvenuto & Gaujean for over 28 years successfully representing physicians and medical facilities in complex medical malpractice actions. During her time with the office she handled cases for a national anesthesia management provider. Ms. Kim is involved in all phases of litigation and has handled hundreds of cases from inception up through trial and strives to build the best possible defense strategies for each of her clients. Her extensive experience involves all facets of pre-trial discovery which include: preparing pleadings, reviewing and analyzing medical records, performing medical research, conducting deposition of witnesses, representing physicians and other medical professional at deposition, attending court, preparing dispositive motions and conducting legal research as well as working with medical experts and trial preparation.

Ms. Kim graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in 1985 and received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 1993 where she was an Editor of Coordination with the Science and Technology Journal. She is admitted to practice in New York.
