Ms. Esposito is a legal nurse consultant at the Law office of Benvenuto & Gaujean with over 25 years of experience in medical malpractice, product and pharmaceutical liability defense. As a nurse paralegal, Ms. Esposito assists attorneys at the firm with the review and analysis of medical records regarding the defense of physicians, health care practitioners, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare facilities from case inception thru trial. 

Ms. Esposito received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University. After working as a Registered Nurse in various staff and supervisory roles for over 20 years with concentrations in critical care and emergency services, she continued her education at Hofstra University where she obtained a certificate in Legal Nurse Consulting. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Benvenuto and Gaujean, Ms. Esposito worked at an in-house firm specializing in medical malpractice defense. Ms. Esposito then went on to serve as a Director of Risk Management for New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. She subsequently moved on to a major New York City Law Firm where she spent over a decade on their product liability and defense litigation teams. Ms. Esposito was presented with firm awards for her pro bono work on the 2014 Obama Federal Clemency Initiative and Combat Related Special Compensation for Veterans Projects.
