Mr. Modzelewski is a staff attorney with over 20 years of experience of litigation experience in defending negligence and malpractice claims. Mr. Modzelewski has represented a variety of health care professionals and organizations during his career including doctors, allied health care providers, and non-profit entities, and with particular focus on handling dental malpractice matters. As a litigator, Mr. Modzelewski has experience in all aspects of civil litigation including trial and appeal.

Mr. Modzelewski is admitted in New York and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Prior to joining the firm, he was an attorney with an insurance defense firm with offices in New York City and Long Island. He has handled cases throughout downstate New York including Long Island, New York City and the Hudson Valley region.
