Mr. Iacone is an Associate at the Law Offices of Benvenuto & Gaujean. As an Associate, Mr. Iacone defends physicians, dentists, hospitals, and nursing homes in professional liability malpractice actions. As a litigator, Mr. Iacone defends clients throughout the course of a lawsuit, ranging from depositions, motion practice, trial assistance, and court appearances.

Mr. Iacone received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Adelphi University in 2017 and earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2021. During Law School, Mr. Iacone was the Vice President of the Trial Advocacy & Practice Honor Society and the Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Before joining the Law Offices of Benvenuto & Gaujean, Mr. Iacone worked with a plaintiff’s personal injury firm and with the Disability Advocacy Project at Nassau Suffolk Law Services Committee, Inc. Mr. Iacone is an admitted attorney in New York State.
