For the last 22 years, Mr. Vasquez has worked with the Law Offices of Benvenuto & Gaujean defending physicians, dentists, hospitals, nursing homes and health care delivery systems in professional liability malpractice actions throughout the five boroughs, as well as Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties.

As a litigator handling lawsuits from their commencement, he has amassed vast knowledge and experience in the preparation of summary judgment motions and defending clients throughout the course of a lawsuit, ranging from depositions, motion practice, the exchange of discovery responses/demands and court appearances.

Mr. Vasquez obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from CUNY – Queens College in 1993. He then obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 1998 from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After successfully passing the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar Exams, he was admitted to practice law in both states in 1999.
