Since December 2015, Mr. Kim has been handling all aspects of cases since their inception to resolution. He represents physicians and facilities in a wide range of malpractice and negligence matters. During the litigation process, Mr. Kim works in close collaboration with his clients to foster the best defenses. He engages in all pre-trial discovery up to trial including attending court, reviewing and analyzing medical records, attending depositions and meeting with experts.

Mr. Kim graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1999. He graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2002. He is admitted to both the California Bar (presently inactive) and the New York Bar.
