Mr. Loock has been a Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Benvenuto & Gaujean since 2015. Prior to that, he was a senior associate with a large insurance defense firm, wherein he specialized in the defense of Medical Liability, General Liability and Healthcare Law matters. Mr. Loock practices in numerous courts, including Small Claims, Civil, Supreme and Federal. With the Law Offices of Benvenuto & Gaujean, Mr. Loock’s duties and responsibilities include the handling of cases from inception through trial. This includes, but is not limited to, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting the examination before trial of witnesses, preparing and producing healthcare professionals for depositions and obtaining and analyzing case files with expert witnesses. Additional responsibilities include all aspects of trial preparation, as well as representing health care professionals at trial.

Mr. Loock received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Island University/C.W. Post Campus and is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. Additionally, Mr. Loock was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003 and is admitted to practice in the United State District Court, Eastern District of New York.
