Mr. Cohen is a Senior Associate and has been with the Law Offices of Benvenuto & Gaujean since October 2002. Mr. Cohen focuses his practice on the defense of doctors, dentists, nursing and rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. Mr. Cohen is a seasoned litigator who handles all aspects of complex litigation and frequently appears in the New York courts.

Mr. Cohen graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1995. He earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration specializing in Health Care from Pace University in 1997 and earned a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 2000. Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice law in the New York State courts and the United State District Court for the Southern District of New York.
