Ms. Palmero is a litigation paralegal at the Law office of Benvenuto & Gaujean with over 20 years of experience in insurance defense. As a litigation paralegal, Ms. Palmero assists all attorneys at the firm with all aspects of discovery regarding the defense of physicians, health care practitioners, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare facilities from case inception thru trial. 

Ms. Palmero received her associates degree in Paralegal Studies from Nassau Community College in 1998. She continued her education at St. John’s University in Queens New York where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. Throughout her educational journey, Ms. Palmero observed numerous court cases and performed an internship at a Long Island Law Firm that propelled her career as a litigation paralegal. Before joining the Law Offices of Benvenuto and Gaujean, Ms. Palmero was a litigation paralegal with other defense litigation firms with offices on Long Island.
