Since admission to the New York State Bar in 1985, the primary focus of Mr. Salsberg’s practice has been the representation of healthcare providers and facilities with a concentration in the defense of medical and dental malpractice actions. Having joined the Law Offices of Benvenuto & Gaujean in 1999, Mr. Salsberg has been involved in all aspects and phases of litigation from inception through trial. Prior experience includes Mr. Salsberg having served as a senior counsel in the healthcare and medical litigation department of a large Long Island defense firm.

Mr. Salsberg completed his undergraduate studies at Binghamton University (SUNY) earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then attended the Faculty of Law and Jurisprudence at SUNY Buffalo where he was granted a Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Salsberg is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, and the Federal Bars of the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, and the Federal District of New Jersey.
