DISMISSAL FOR PEDIATRICIAN

Following the filing of a summary judgment motion on behalf of a pediatrician, Julio J. Vasquez secured a discontinuance of the case for our client in September 2021. The case involved an alleged failure to properly and timely respond to signs and symptoms of a skull based tumor (undifferentiated sarcoma), including a failure to order emergency treatment in a 16 year old female resulting in death.
