DISMISSAL OF DERMATOLOGIST, HIS GROUP, AND DERMATOLOGY PA

Ginette M. Portera obtained dismissal on behalf of a dermatologist, his group, and a PA practicing within his group in February of 2022 in Bronx County. The matter involved the failure to diagnose and treat Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL) in a then 38-year-old female. After being diagnosed with advanced CTCL she underwent various treatment regimens but succumbed to the disease in 2019.
