DISMISSAL ON BEHALF OF A DENTAL GROUP

Attorney, Kenneth Loock, obtained dismissal on behalf of a dental group in Kings County following a bench trial in January 2023. The causes of action sounded in both personal injury and breach of contract or warranty. At trial, plaintiff claimed that the dentists of the group contracted to perform a root canal, placement of two implants and provide the necessary restorations. Plaintiff claimed that the dentists of the group improperly performed a root canal and implant placement, resulting in bony destruction of plaintiff’s jaw, the need for further surgery, as well as a failure to complete the initially agreed upon procedure.
