Ms. Schneider is an Associate (pending admission) who assists trial attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, such as depositions, motions, and trial assistance.

Ms. Schneider graduated from Sacred Heart University with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Criminal Justice. She earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Throughout law school, she worked at numerous plaintiff’s personal injury firms and participated in the Bankruptcy and Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic.

During her time at Touro Law, Samantha served as Associate Editor-in-Chief for Touro Law Moot Court Honors Board. Ms. Schneider competed in the 40th Annual John S. Bainbridge Moot Court Competition and earned the distinguishment/honor of First Place Best Advocate.
