DISCONTINUANCE FOR ER PHYSICIAN, PA AND FACILITY

James Jankowski, Esq., successfully obtained a stipulation of discontinuance after filing a motion for summary judgment wherein we represented an emergency room physician, physician’s assistant and the group providing emergency medical services for the hospital.  The plaintiff alleged that the defendants failed to timely diagnose and treat a vascular compromise in the right lower extremity of a then 32 year old female, resulting in osteomyelitis of the right foot, gangrene and amputation of the fourth digit of the right foot.  After filing a motion for summary judgment, plaintiff’s counsel provided the defendants with a stipulation of discontinuance.
