DISMISSAL FOR BOARD CERTIFIED NEUROLOGIST

Paul Nasta, Esq., obtained a dismissal of the case against our insured Board Certified Neurologist.  The patient, a then 23 year old male, suffered a seizure and presented to the office of our client for evaluation and treatment.  It was alleged that our client failed to diagnose and treat bilateral shoulder dislocations and fractures, leading to worsening of the injuries, the need for complex shoulder surgery, and permanent impairment of the use of the shoulders.  Our summary judgment motion was granted by the court and the case was dismissed.
