Ginette M. Portera obtained a voluntary dismissal on behalf of an anesthesiologist in Bronx County in July of 2022. This matter involved the administration of Propofol to a 61-year-old male during an upper GI endoscopy, which resulted in the plaintiff being in a comatose state for one month until his death.
