DISMISSAL OF VASCULAR SURGEON

Ginette M. Portera obtained a voluntary dismissal on behalf of a vascular surgeon in Bronx County in July of 2021. The matter involved alleged negligent treatment rendered to a then 45-year-old female with uncontrolled diabetes. She had circulation/vascular issues for which she underwent five vascular surgeries, three incision & drainage/debridement procedures, amputation of the left fifth toe, left below the knee amputation, and, ultimately, left above-the knee amputation.
