DISMISSAL OF OTOLARYNGOLOGIST

Ginette M. Portera obtained dismissal on behalf of an otolaryngologist in March of 2023 in Kings County. The matter involved the alleged negligent performance of two nasal surgeries on a then 47-year-old man which resulted in multiple recurrent infections, abscess, ear infection, throat infection, difficulty breathing and swallowing, and extensive scar development.
